Tim McKay

After working as an accountant in financial services, moved to an academic post at Napier University as Head of Accounting and Finance and lectured internationally. Has had several roles as a councillor in City of Edinburgh Council including Vice Convener of Economic Development and Chair of Lothian Pension Trustees.

Stephen Moore

Has worked extensively in health and social care nationally and internationally in America and Romania where advised on welfare of children with disabilities in orphanages. Previously worked as Director of Social Work in Fife and in East Ayrshire, and most recently as Interim Director of Health and Social Care Integration in Fife.

Retired Army Colonel with senior managerial experience in the Ministry of Defence and the Scottish Police Service. Originally trained as a chartered accountant with Thomson McLintock (now KPMG). Has held several senior positions in finance and has been a member of a number of boards, mainly in the City of London, where he was on the board of a leading merchant bank. A Commissioner with the Gambling Commission.

Emeritus Professor of Accounting, University of Edinburgh. Previously Director of Research, examiner and Convener of the Examining Board and a member of the Accounting Standards Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Has sat on several board and advisory groups in the public sector.
