Publication: General Medical Services contract in Scotland: a short guide

A new General Medical Services contract was published in Scotland in 2018. It aims to expand the multi-disciplinary teams in GP practices to share the delivery of care and ease workload pressures on GPs.The contract sets out plans to improve financial support for GPs and also forms part of the Scottish Government’s intention to modernise primary care services. Learn more in this short guide.
