Publication: Managing long-term conditions in Scotland - Impact report

The report received moderate media coverage following release, but its download figures are among the highest for any Audit Scotland report. The Scottish Government has published several documents and made a number of announcements regarding long-term conditions since the report’s publication, including launching the Long Term Conditions Alliance and introducing new national performance targets.
