Publication: Palliative care services in Scotland - Impact report

The report received a high level of media coverage. Shortly after publication, the Scottish Government launched its national action plan for palliative care, as well as the chief executive of the National Health Service (NHS) issuing a letter to all NHS boards telling them to ensure they gave priority to meeting the recommendations in Audit Scotland’s report.
