Report: Police Call Management - Impact report

This report received widespread newspaper, radio and television coverage, as well as a lot of political interest, with the Parliament’s Public Audit Committee producing a report in response. The Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland (ACPOS) set up a working party to take forward the report’s recommendations. Forces also now work to new performance indicators for call management.
