If you feel university is not for you and you want to enter the world of work while training for a qualification, join us on our five-year school leaver programme.
You will earn a competitive salary while gaining on-the-job experience and studying towards an Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) qualification.
Our school leaver programme includes full sponsorship to become a qualified Chartered Accountant with ICAS. You’ll get a prestigious, internationally recognised qualification, while being involved in varied and interesting work. Benefits include a competitive salary, which increases on completion of exams, 42 days holiday per year and the opportunity to be involved in work across Scotland.

We will give you plenty of opportunity to develop your technical and softer skills using a variety of learning sources.
Our trainees receive a fully sponsored qualification with ICAS, including fees, materials and time off for classes.
Our trainees are a social bunch and like to organise social events throughout the year, from charity events to pub quizzes. All our trainees get together once a quarter to catch up and get some tips from each other on the ICAS qualification.
